We deliver across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. For other cities, we offer shipping services with additional delivery charges. Contact us for specific delivery availability in your area.
For orders within our main delivery areas, we typically deliver within 24-48 hours. For sourcing requests, delivery time depends on item availability and will be communicated after you place your request.
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and payment on delivery for orders within Lagos. For online payments, we use secure payment processing to ensure your financial information is protected.
We accept returns and exchanges for damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we cannot accept returns for simply changing your mind.
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, we'll send you a tracking link via WhatsApp or email that allows you to monitor your delivery in real-time.
